Industrial Automation & Industrial IoT
PLC, SCADA and IIoT systems that turn factory data into uptime.
Overview
Banyan IoT designs and deploys industrial automation systems that connect machines, sensors and enterprise software into a single source of truth. From shop-floor PLC and SCADA integration to OEE dashboards, condition monitoring and predictive maintenance, our Industrial IoT (IIoT) stack helps manufacturers in Coimbatore and across India unlock real-time visibility, reduce unplanned downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness. We work with Modbus, OPC-UA, MQTT, Profinet and EtherNet/IP, and integrate with cloud platforms like AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub and Google Cloud IoT.
Everything you need, under one roof.
PLC & SCADA
Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta and Schneider integration with custom HMI screens.
OEE & Production Dashboards
Live availability, performance and quality metrics surfaced on web and mobile.
Predictive Maintenance
Vibration, current and temperature sensors trained to forecast failures before they happen.
Edge-to-Cloud Connectivity
MQTT, OPC-UA and REST gateways with secure TLS, store-and-forward and offline buffering.
Energy Monitoring
Plant-level kWh, power factor and demand analytics with anomaly alerts.
Machine Safety & Compliance
Interlocks, e-stop logic and audit-ready event logs aligned with IEC 61508 / ISO 13849.
Typical applications
- Foundries and casting units
- CNC and machining shops
- Textile and spinning mills
- Pump and motor manufacturing
- Food processing lines
- Auto-component plants
Not sure where to start?
Send us a 2-line brief about what you want to monitor or automate. We'll come back with a one-page use-case scorecard and a transparent estimate — usually within a working day.
Can you retrofit IIoT on existing legacy machines?
Yes. We add non-invasive current, vibration and temperature sensors plus Modbus / RS-485 gateways to legacy CNCs, presses and motors — no PLC change required.
Which cloud platforms do you support?
We deploy on AWS IoT Core, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT, ThingsBoard and on-premise installations depending on data residency and budget.
How long does a typical IIoT pilot take?
A focused pilot on one production line is typically live within 4–6 weeks, including sensor installation, gateway commissioning and dashboard delivery.
Ready to put your data to work?
Tell us what you want to monitor, automate or track. We'll come back with a free use-case scorecard and a transparent quote — usually within one working day.
